1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

Return Window:
Items may be returned within 30 days from the delivery date. Returns must be initiated within this timeframe.

Condition of Items:
All items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.


3. REFUNDS, EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exchanges:
Need a different size or item? We’re happy to help. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Store Credit (Recommended):
We encourage store credit as the fastest option for replacements. Store credit can be used toward any future purchase.


4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Gift cards

5. BOOTS & HATS CONDITION (IMPORTANT)

  • Boots must have unscratched soles and show no signs of wear
  • Hats must be returned in perfect condition without deformation

We recommend trying boots on carpeted surfaces only to avoid damage.


6. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible with a replacement or refund.


7. SHIPPING COSTS

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • If the return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping
